Each custom timepiece is hand built to order according to your chosen design and specifications. To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks from the date of order to dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".

All orders will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Shipping:

Domestic shipping (within Malaysia): Postage within Malaysia is fully insured with tracking and handled by our delivery partner DHL (our main courier services), NinjaVan, PosLaju, and J&T Express. You will receive your order anywhere from 2-4 business days for west Malaysia and 2-7 business days for east Malaysia, from the date that it shipped out, not the date the order is placed. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and may vary depending on the country of destination.

International shipping (outside of Malaysia): All worldwide shipments are fully insured with tracking and handled by our delivery partner DHL Express (our main courier services) and POS Malaysia (our backup courier services). You will receive your order anywhere from 5-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. These times may vary depending on unavoidable circumstances faced by the delivery partner. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and may vary depending on the country of destination.

Customs Import Duty and Tax - International Shipping:

International orders: Please be advised, when a package is shipped internationally (in this case, outside of Malaysia), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees imposed by the destination country import laws. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying the taxes, duty, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing goods when the shipped package arrives at your country’s customs.

Duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee in your order and are to be borne by the buyer. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - (1) charges vary around the world; and (2) the amount of import duties and taxes on imported goods is determined by the destination country’s customs. The buyer is responsible for any associated costs and must abide by their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.

Please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

As an international customer, you, the buyer, is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Malaysia), you, the buyer, is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Malaysia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, other costs incurred or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to E&S Watches Sdn Bhd.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned. A refund will not be issued unless the package is returned to us safely and in its original condition. You will be responsible for all the shipment costs, return shipping charges, and any other costs that arise from this shipment.

E&S Watches Sdn Bhd is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

E&S Watches Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
